How To Put the Cloud Security Maturity Model into Practice

The Cloud Security Maturity Model (CSMM) is an industry standard for best practices in cloud security. It captures the best learnings from early migrations to the cloud, as the security industry learned from early failures to secure applications, infrastructure and data.

In the current age of large-scale cloud journeys, complex multi-cloud enterprises should be aiming for the CSMM’s highest maturity level – Level 5. How you get there from where you are now – and why you should – is the subject of this session, where we discuss:

–  The importance of the CSMM.

–  How the CSMM gives you the opportunity to look at security holistically, and why it’s important to start with the end in mind.

–  How to achieve a DevSecOps culture by leveraging the CSMM.

–  Why the CSMM relies on a policy-first security strategy.
